Experienced Car Dealership Service Advisor

Location: Wokingham

Basic Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + £2,000 increase post accreditation

Bonus: Up to £9,300 + Service Plan Incentives

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am–6pm | 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am – 2pm

Are you a seasoned Service Advisor looking to join a fast-paced, high-performing team? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy dealership where no two days are the same.

This is not a trainee role – we need someone who can hit the ground running. With 10–20 customers per day per advisor and up to 40 customers being seen in total, this is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple priorities, and delivers top-tier customer service every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in through to vehicle handover
Managing a busy diary of service appointments with minimal downtime
Using RTC and Keyloop systems to maintain accurate job cards and service histories
Liaising between customers and the workshop to ensure clear communication and timely updates
Working closely within a team of 6 Advisors, reporting to the Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a high-volume dealership
Confident in using dealer management systems (RTC/Keyloop experience preferred)
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
